Come to a Meeting!
OCRS meetings take place the first Thursday of the month at 7:00 p.m. (meet and greet begins at 6:30 p.m.) at the Westminster Community Center, 8200 Westminster Boulevard at the Westminster Civic Center (corner of Jackson Street and Westminster Boulevard). There usually are signs pointing the way to the meeting location. Our meetings are always free and open to the public. There is no charge for parking in the lot behind the building. At each meeting we have a featured speaker or panel of speakers. Find the upcoming meeting schedule below.

Approximately 2 miles North of the 405 Freeway via the Beach Blvd Exit, or
1 Mile South of CA-22 off the Beach Blvd Exit.
The building is East of Beach Blvd., on the corner of Westminster Blvd. and Jackson Street
** PLEASE NOTE: The building is part of the Westminster Civic Center, and most map searches place 8200 Westminster Boulevard just slightly off from where the meeting building is. Our meeting site is on the corner of Jackson Street and Westminster Boulevard. If you are coming from Beach Boulevard, turn onto Jackson and then left into the parking lot. The entrance to the facility is in the back of the building. Look for the OCRS meeting signs.
Need a Speaker?
Our members love to talk about roses. Give us a topic and we can find someone to talk about it. If your group needs a speaker, we have over 20 Consulting Rosarians who can help. Send us a message with the words "Speaker Request" in the subject heading.
